Last minute cancellations

At Wissam Beauty, we strive to ensure all your needs are met. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, simply let us know. If you notify us less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, we will charge you a processing fee, and we may not be able to guarantee you a new appointment. Want to know more? Contact us.

Late ?

We understand that due to a busy schedule, you may be late for your appointment. If you don't expect to arrive on time, please call us to let us know. If you're more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled or given to someone else. If we maintain your appointment, however, we may not be able to offer you the full service you had booked.
